PPG Expo to Debut in October

A new corrugated container and folding carton industry conference debuts in October. The PPG Expo 2010, themed, “Leading World Class Performance,” will occur Oct. 11-12 in South Padre Island, Texas.

Randy Phares, general manger of Temple-Inland’s
Edinburg, Texas, box plant, is the founder of the event
and one of the keynote speakers. A veteran of corrugated
container, folding carton, and distribution operations for
both integrated and independent producers, Phares is the
founder of a group on the social network LinkedIn for
professionals in the paperboard packaging industry. The
